Meet the Founders of The Workplace Rituals Deck

Lorissa (founder of Assembly Culture) and Lotty (founder of MiND.U) met through their shared work in emotional culture, leadership, and change - and quickly became friends as well as collaborators.

After years of working with teams and leaders, they kept noticing the same thing: workshops sparked insight, but translating that energy into everyday action was where things fell short.

So they created The Workplace Rituals Deck - a practical, human way to close the gap between knowing and doing. It’s full of simple, powerful rituals to help teams shape a culture that’s not just talked about, but genuinely felt.
